Coach Bob started his Coaching career as an assistant coach with the Jefferson St . Raiders Midgets football team, led by Head Coach, Rick Brown.
In 2005 Coach Bob became
Head Coach for the J. St. Raiders Juniors. They won 4 Division titles and 2 League Championships. In 2008 and 2009, the Junior Division had two straight undefeated Championship seasons. My style of offense is rare in youth football and sometimes challenging. I combine aggressive plays and formations to keep the defense on its heels. My offense placed the majority of points in the league in my five years as head coach. In five seasons the J. St. Raider Juniors have lost only 4 games with 3 ties. In coaching my duty is not only on the field, it is one as to keep the youth active in the community and to direct them positively to be productive role models in the future.
